weetabix.

It looks like a layered biscuit with strands of wheat, that is crunchy until it is submerged in milk, when it turns soft and thick like porridge.

? OVERNIGHT WEETABIX FAQ

What is overnight Weetabix?

Overnight Weetabix is a simple and convenient breakfast option that can be made the night before. The Weetabix is soaked in milk (or plant-based milk), allowing it to soften and absorb any added flavours. The result is a creamy pudding-like breakfast that can be enjoyed cold straight out of the fridge.

Is overnight Weetabix suitable for vegans?

As long as you add dairy-free milk or yoghurt when making the overnight Weetabix it will be suitable for vegans because Weetabix is a vegan-friendly breakfast cereal made from plant-based ingredients.

Is overnight Weetabix like overnight oats?

Overnight Weetabix and overnight oats are very similar as they are both soaked overnight with milk or yoghurt (dairy or plant-based). The overnight Weetabix has a creamier, almost pudding-like texture, while overnight oats are more like a creamy porridge consistency. Both are good choices for a healthy and convenient breakfast.

? A HEALTHY BREAKFAST

Vegan Nutella overnight Weetabix is a nutritious start to your day.

It is packed with fibre from the Weetabix and will give you some sustained energy to get you through to lunch as well as providing a good source of vitamins and minerals from the plant-based milk and yoghurt.

For an extra boost of good stuff, serve it with some fresh berries.

? ON-THE-GO BREAKFAST

One of the best things about overnight Weetabis is it's so convenient.

Prepare it the night before and pop it in the fridge, then in the morning you have a delicious and nutritious ready-to-eat breakfast, that can be enjoyed at home or taken with you to work or school, to eat later in the morning.

It's perfect for busy mornings but also makes a tasty and satisfying brunch.

You could also make it in a clean jam jar, seal it with the lid and pop it in your lunch bag.
